Supporting Patients Taking Direct Oral Anticoagulants (DOACs) (22CPD010)

The Direct oral anticoagulants; apixaban, dabigatran, edoxaban and rivaroxaban have been around for some years now. Despite this they are still sometimes referred to as ‘Novel’ or ‘New’ oral anticoagulants (NOACs). Their use is increasing, and NICE Guidance published last year now recommends them first line over warfarin for patients with atrial fibrillation. Join us on this webinar to ensure you are up to date with all the latest developments, including when to use, which to choose as well as differences between the use of DOACs and warfarin, to be able to best support patients using these medicines.
